This is a rare find for Soave. The winery is a small, family owned and worked property. They are in the very small area of Soave called Soave Classico. In the general Soave area, there are more than 10 grape varietals that are allowed. In the Classico area only three are allowed. The grape that most exemplifies the Classico area is Garganega, a varietal that dates back the around the 11th century These wines are made form 100% Garganega grown in hill top vineyards
