Three generations of Marcadier Barbot will greet you if you happen to come to Le Pible, just outside of Segonzac, capital of the Grande Champagne, first cru of Cognac.
Their cognacs, aged in oak barrels, are smooth and aromatic justifying this premier cru of Grande Champagne.

A softer, light-bodied cognac with floral and white-fruit flavors.
The Fine Pale is a remarkable young, light-bodied cognac. Golden yellow in color, the nose is vibrant and wild-flower floral with notes of almond and pear.
The Fine Pale dances on the palate with lively fresh mint notes and a hint of anise to complement a surprisingly durable finish for a cognac of this age.
