Inspired by the technic of the Spanish Soléra. This cuvée is composed of wines from a first vintage (2018), which are regenerated each year by the new vintage wines.
The method is intended to communicate the spirit of the elders to young wines. The meeting between ardor and wisdom... The resulting wines and champagnes are very complex and rich. Rare and intense, they usually combine maturity and freshness.
This cuvée AD VITAM AETERNAM begins with a beautiful rose gold robe. The rich and fruity nose is sublimated by a small vinous side. The fruit is highlighted by a nice freshness in the finish.
