Raison Personnelle 1.0 Cognac

Please read the amazing story! Only 96 bottles were imported into the U.S. and we are the importer and have all of them. I know of no Cognac that is more rear or more deserving of a good, appreciative home.

It was 1994 when Sabine and Bertrand de Witasse chose to leave their jobs in Paris to become Cognac producers. The motivation for the move? Personal reasons (or Raison personnelle in French) – or perhaps, as they say, a moment of temporary insanity…

Reisetbauer Gin in Barrel. A new offering. Blue Gin aged in Oak barrel.

Reisetbauer Sloeberry Gin. Macerated Sloeberries in Premium Reisetbauer Blue Gin. A fabulous new type of gin tonic. Traditional Sloe gin has over 200 gr. of sugar per liter. This product has 6 grs. per liter, a completely different taste sensation. In very limited supply.

Reisetbauer, Whisky, 12 year, matured in Chardonnay Trockenbeerenauslese casks.

The bouquet has a rich herbal smokiness with the aroma of raspberry, cranberry, forest floor, hazelnuts, and one writer found pistachio baklava.

The palate you will find dried herbs, cranberry, fennel, and forest mushrooms.

An extraordinary taste delight and not to be missed.

This is a "bucket list" Whisky.

Domaine Pasquet, Pineau Cherant

Golden in color, the nose of this Pineau is lively and complex, with aromas of dried fruit; notes of pear-flambé and honey persist. It is wonderfully balanced on the palate a pear and honey flavors blossom from the start. The finish shines with invigoration, complex tannins, and hints of candied grapefruit.

A delightful desert wine or mix with tonic and a bit of lemon for a refreshing summer drink. Only 16% alcohol.

This is true to the older Cognacs with rich, round dark-roasted flavors and sophisticated candied fruit sweetness.

4 year from the appellation of Fins Bois.

Laurence & Emmanuel Fevrier property is situated in Macqueville in the Fins Bois cru, 17 kms (approx. 10 miles) from the town of Cognac. The soil is predominantly clay and limestone with an ideal sun exposure.
For three generations, the Fevrier family has cultivated and produced their cognacs in the purest tradition. With 24 hectares (60 acres) of vines, their cognac is fruity, round and smooth, giving it the quintessential characteristics of a Fins Bois cognac.
